Volunteers
The "Sprouts" Forum is an event that expands business cooperation prospects and opens new avenues for economic and cultural partnership between Russian regions and Chinese provinces. In 2025, the event brought together approximately 10,000 people. 28 administrative units from the People's Republic of China participated. Last year, over 250 volunteers participated in the event – join our friendly team!
Positions:
- Business Program Hall Administrator;
- Information Desk Administrator;
- Registration Administrator;
- Delegation Attaché;
- Transportation and Navigation Assistant (participant logistics);
- Media and others.
Selection Criteria:
- Age 16 years and older;
- Volunteer experience;
- Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage for certain positions;
- Being in Kazan on the forum dates.
TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FORM BY JULY 25TH INCLUDING:
*The organizers do not cover accommodation and travel expenses to and from Kazan for volunteers. Availability dates may vary depending on the position.
