Today, Tatarstan is one of the key hubs for investment and technological development in Russia. This session will serve as an open platform where major Chinese businesses will present their specific initiatives for Tatarstan: ranging from production localization and the creation of industrial partnerships to the implementation of advanced technologies in industry, logistics, and urban infrastructure.
Held annually, this roundtable with representatives of major Chinese companies featured participants such as NewNew Shipping, CIMC-Worldlink, SANY Group, China Chengtong International Investment, China Eastern Airlines, China National Chemical Engineering No. 7 Construction Co., Ltd. In 2026, the event will be held for the third time. It offers a rare opportunity to hear firsthand which sectors are considered top priorities, what resources companies are prepared to bring to the table, and what formats of cooperation they propose.

Interventional endovascular surgery (interventional radiology) is a highly versatile, inherently multidisciplinary specialty that encompasses virtually all areas of clinical medicine, from cardiovascular diseases to oncology. Today, dozens and even hundreds of effective interventional techniques are used in endovascular surgery, while numerous technological innovations and new approaches are introduced into catheterization laboratory practice every year. Some of these techniques have no viable alternatives and require a high level of expertise and surgical skill. The specialty is undergoing a rapid transformation: the transition to minimally invasive technologies is fundamentally changing approaches to the treatment of cardiovascular and oncological diseases. The field has made a tremendous leap forward — from basic angioplasty to complex hybrid procedures involving robotic systems and neural networks.
During the session, experts will discuss the innovations shaping the future of the field. Particular attention will be paid to robotic systems and artificial intelligence, which enable unprecedented precision in interventions involving the smallest vessels; next-generation implants; and intraoperative navigation based on 3D modeling and augmented reality using state-of-the-art angiography systems. Today, Russia and China — two strategic partners with unique scientific and engineering potential — are shaping global trends in this field. Our countries are not merely implementing AI and telemedicine; they are establishing new standards of care, transforming bold ideas into clinical practice. Combining efforts, sharing expertise and developing joint solutions can serve as a powerful driver for bringing healthcare to an entirely new level.
The session will bring together leading experts from Russia and China, including representatives of advanced clinical centers, rehabilitation specialists and experts in innovative educational projects. Participants will discuss real-world cases of implementing digital solutions in everyday medical practice, approaches to integrating technologies into patient rehabilitation processes, as well as joint Russian-Chinese initiatives for training the next generation of specialists. The discussion will provide a platform for sharing best practices and developing new partnership projects that will shape the future of medicine — both in our countries and globally.

J4. Corporate Charity: From One-Off Campaigns to Systematic Work

The session will focus on the transformation of corporate philanthropy—from one-off charitable initiatives to integrated social impact strategies. Participants will discuss how businesses can measure social impact, engage employees through volunteering and donor programs, and build long-term partnerships with government institutions and non-profit organizations. Special attention will be given to the exchange of Russian and Chinese best practices in delivering sustainable social initiatives, as well as the role of digital platforms in scaling these efforts.
The session will also showcase a practical tool for implementing systematic corporate social responsibility: corporate blood and bone marrow donation programs powered by the DonorSearch platform. Business representatives and leaders of the donor movement will present the experience of the Republic of Tatarstan, demonstrating how regular donation programs can become an integral part of corporate strategy, strengthen employee engagement and loyalty, and deliver measurable social impact. The discussion will conclude with the signing of cooperation agreements between participating companies and DonorSearch, as well as the identification of opportunities for joint Russia–China social initiatives.

The elderly are not a burden, but a valuable resource for society! But how can we ensure that the older generation can live a full life, remain active, and feel the care of the state?
Today, the issue of active longevity is coming to the forefront: in China, life expectancy is steadily growing and has already exceeded 78 years. This creates a large-scale demand for new social infrastructure, medical services, and an urban environment adapted to the needs of older adults. Russia faces similar challenges, and the exchange of experience between the two countries provides real opportunities for joint solutions.
How can we create infrastructure that truly meets the needs of older adults—from urban planning to easily accessible, neighborhood-level social services? How can we maintain the active longevity of elderly citizens through prevention, geriatrics, and support for independence? Which technologies and social programs help extend the period of active and healthy life: telemedicine, digital services, long-term care systems, and smart home solutions? What can the two countries learn from each other: successful models from both nations that are truly scalable and deliver a measurable impact on the quality of life?
