1) ANO “School 21”
A free digital technology school from Sberbank. The teaching technique is based on the ‘peer-to-peer method’, where participants learn from each other. This is a Russian franchise of the French programming school Ecole 42. Anyone between the ages of 18 and 30 can enrol, regardless of their previous education, experience, any programming skills or lack thereof.
