The Forum will host Russia China Expo, the first international exhibition dedicated to trade and economic relations between Russia and China.
The event is dedicated to bilateral interaction within the framework of large-scale initiatives and projects with state participation, as well as in new business and market-oriented forms. The success of the political and economic partnership has led to the emergence of a number of new strategic initiatives.
The exhibition will be a unique platform for discussing the main trends in economic development, building up the pace of political, social, humanitarian and cultural interaction between the countries.
Priority areas of the event include the following areas:
-industry and oil and gas sector;
-building reliable financial mechanisms for bilateral trade;
-development of transport and logistics complexes;
-cooperation in education, science and culture;
-increasing trade and economic relations in the agricultural sector;
-automotive industry.

One of the priority tasks facing the machine-building complex of the Republic of Tatarstan today is to increase the competitiveness and innovation potential of the industry. The specialised exhibition "Machine Building. Metalworking. Welding. Kazan" allows to demonstrate advanced solutions for modernisation of the Russian machine-building complex, making it possible to make a significant contribution to solving the national tasks of import substitution and production of products necessary for maintaining the country's defence capability.
This year the exhibition is planned to be attended by about 100 companies, which will present equipment not only of Russian but also of foreign production.
Along with machine tools, at the exhibition companies will demonstrate tools, machine tooling, coolants, welding equipment and much more, which allows modernising industrial production and solving various technical issues.
Only for the exhibitors, business meetings of chief specialists (engineers, technologists, metrologists, power engineers) of machine-building and metalworking enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan are scheduled within the framework of the business programme of the exhibition.
