Terms of participation in the II International Forum "ROSTKI: Russia and China – Mutually Beneficial Cooperation"
1. Participation in the business program and visiting the RussiaChinaExpo exhibition: free of charge.
2. Participation as exhibitors in the RussiaChinaExpo exhibition:
Registration fee: 10,000 RUB.
Cost of bare exhibition space: 15,000 RUB/sq.m.
Cost of equipped exhibition space: 20,000 RUB/sq.m.
Equipped space includes stand construction (type - peninsula), table, 2 chairs, power outlet, and lighting.
3. Travel Expenses: Expenses for flights, accommodation, meals, and logistics are to be covered by the sending party.
