Dear participants, to access the Forum venue, an accreditation badge is required.
You can track the status of your badge application in your
Personal Account.Badges can be collected in person or by a representative presenting a valid power of attorney.
For in-person collection, please present:
- Original Passport;
- QR Code (to be sent to your email one day prior to the opening of the accreditation centers).
To collect a badge on behalf of another, please provide:
- The passport of the authorized representative;
- The original power of attorney, prepared in the prescribed format (the template can be downloaded from your Personal Account) *;
- A copy of the passport of the person granting the power of attorney
- A list of participants (included with the organizational power of attorney).

* For badge collection on behalf of employees within the same legal entity/delegation, a Power of Attorney for Organizations must be completed.
