Badges can be collected in person or by a representative presenting a valid power of attorney.

* For individual badge collection by a third party, a Power of Attorney for Individuals is required.
* For badge collection on behalf of employees within the same legal entity/delegation, a Power of Attorney for Organizations must be completed.

- QR Code (to be sent to your email one day prior to the opening of the accreditation centers).

- The passport of the authorized representative;
- The original power of attorney, prepared in the prescribed format (the template can be downloaded from your Personal Account) *;
- A copy of the passport of the person granting the power of attorney
- A list of participants (included with the organizational power of attorney).
