A record in three years: trade turnover between Russia and China increased 1.6 times

Trade relations between Russia and the Celestial Empire are reaching a new level: in 2023, trade turnover between the countries increased by 26.3% to $240.11bn, a record for the last 3 years.

Since the beginning of this year, the trade turnover has grown by 1.9% year-on-year to $158.469bn. At the same time, imports from Russia to China have improved significantly: they have grown by 3.2% to $86.56bn. Chinese exports to Russia have increased by 0.4% to $71.91bn.

On November 13-15, within the framework of the Rostki international forum experts will discuss trade and investment cooperation in the present-day developments, as well as prospects for the development of Eastern exports.
