During the live broadcast «Into the New Year with Tatarstan: What Awaits Us in 2026», Taliya Minullina, Chief Executive of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, shared ideas for diversifying the cultural programme of the «SPROUTS» forum.
“We can significantly enrich the cultural programme. For example, we could bring a Chinese opera tour, a Chinese circus — a truly stunning performance, organise a Chinese silk fair, a trade fair for Chinese porcelain, and an amazing drone show. Of course, all this depends on funding. We need non-budgetary financing — Tatarstan should not and cannot pay for everything. We need sponsors. Our work with sponsors is not straightforward — some take a wait-and-see approach. In the coming year, we will definitely put together a great cultural programme and think about how we can organise a Chinese trade fair for our population,” said Taliya Minullina.
