Exports of Russian dairy products to China have grown by 80% since the beginning of the year.

Interest in dairy products in China is growing rapidly: for example, kefirs, yoghurts and cheese from Russia are already being successfully exported to China and other SEA countries. Powdered dairy products and ice cream are particularly popular with the Celestial Empire, accounting for more than 40% of Russian exports.

The reason for this extraordinary demand is not only nutrition trends, but also the improvement of Russian technologies and production standards. For example, a plant for advanced milk processing is already under construction in Tatarstan, which will make it possible to create products that fully comply with international standards.

On November 13-15, at the Rostki forum, agro-industrial complex experts will discuss the countries' experience in dairy production and prospects for partnership in agriculture. The event will also include a meeting of PRC importers and export-oriented producers of agro-industrial products.
