Winners of the "Scythian Staircase" entrepreneurship championship at the III ROSTKI forum will receive grants for business development training

"Scythian Stairs" is a game for entrepreneurs based on the principle of fair competition and rational use of resources. Each player has a certain number of points, which they spend during the game by making bets. The player with the highest bet wins each round. The winner is not the one who spends more, but the one who can calculate their moves and win with a minimal advantage. The game teaches players to balance between risk and calculation, to concede wisely, and to win through strategy rather than force. This is entrepreneurial thinking in its purest form — with limited resources, high competition, and a struggle to move forward.
The Scythian Staircase game is based on the analysis of cases from more than 2,500 Russian entrepreneurs and takes into account the business community's requests for practical support and new tools for business scaling, developing strategic thinking, ingenuity, and business intuition.
The championship is organised by the entrepreneurial platform EntSpace with the support of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and is part of the forum's business programme. The "Scythian Staircase" is aimed at developing entrepreneurial potential and supporting micro-, small-, and medium-sized business owners and managers.
"We are creating a space where entrepreneurs can not only grow professionally, but also gain recognition, new knowledge and connections," said Taliya Minullina, Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. The championship started online on July 18, 2025.

As part of the III International Forum "SPROUTS: Russia and China - mutually beneficial cooperation ", which will be held on August 18-19, 2025 in Kazan, the final of the "Scythian Staircase" entrepreneurial championship will take place. The best participants will receive training grants within the framework of the partner business platform programmes and the title of "The Best Business Chieftain of the 21st Century".
