Vladislav Mishchenko stressed that China is the number one partner for the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry: "The Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry acts as a bridge between the business community of Moscow and China, supports Russian enterprises working with Chinese partners and Chinese companies entering the Russian market."

An important point of the meeting was the visit of a delegation from Beijing, which highlights the high level of interest in cooperation in such sectors as mechanical engineering and heavy industry. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry is also actively working with various commissions for foreign economic cooperation, including the Chinese Country commission.

Artur Nikolaev from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan spoke about the high interest of business in cooperation with China and the upcoming International Forum "SPROUTS: Russia and China — mutually beneficial cooperation", which will be held in Kazan on August 18-19 this year.

He announced the possibility of organising negotiations with Chinese entrepreneurs.
