Marat Khusnullin arrived in the People's Republic of China on a working visit

As part of his working visit to China, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin visited the construction site of the new city of Xiong'an, where he examined advanced urban development methods implemented at the initiative of Chinese President Xi Jinping. The territory was designed taking into account advanced principles of sustainable development, "green" standards and high-tech solutions according to the concept of "15-minute accessibility": housing, work, study, shops and all the necessary infrastructure are within walking distance.

In the next 10 years, a fully functional city with a well-thought-out water and electricity supply system, as well as a large transport hub with a metro line and three underground levels will appear here.

According to Khusnullin, Chinese experience can also be valuable for Russian projects.

"I arrived in the People's Republic of China on a working visit. I have a number of meetings and places to visit planned. I have learned with great interest about the experience of my Chinese colleagues, which can be useful in our country as well,” he noted.
