A press tour for journalists from BRICS countries is currently taking place in the Republic of Tatarstan. As part of the programme, representatives of international media met with Taliya Minullina, Chief Executive of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, who spoke about the International Forum “SPROUTS: Russia and China – Mutually Beneficial Cooperation”. The meeting was also attended by Senior Adviser to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Alexander Orlov.
Guests were presented with an overview of the SPROUTS Forum, one of the key platforms for the development of Russian–Chinese interregional and business cooperation. Journalists learned about the main events of the forum’s programme and its international agenda. Particular attention was given to the media component of the event. The forum offers extensive opportunities for journalists, including interviews with speakers, press scrums, organised press tours, participation in media sessions, access to business programme venues and a fully equipped press centre.
