Russian-Chinese industrial cooperation discussed in Beijing

Anton Alikhanov, Head of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Li Lecheng, Minister of Industry and Information of the People's Republic of China, held the 10th meeting of the Subcommittee on Industrial Cooperation of the Commission for the preparation of regular meetings of the Heads of Government of Russia and China.

At the meeting they discussed:

- The main directions of industrial cooperation between the two countries;
- A number of major joint infrastructure projects;
- Prospects for further cooperation in industry.

"China, as has been repeatedly noted, is a priority partner for Russia in the development of industrial and technological cooperation. I am sure that the combination of our competencies, comprehensive industrial programmes, structured support measures, and a qualified workforce can produce a powerful synergistic effect," Anton Alikhanov said.
