Podschekoldin, chairman of the Russian Automobile Dealers Association, said that Russia and China are planning to establish the Russian-Chinese Automobile Association in Russia, and the relevant memorandum of understanding may be signed as early as August.
Podshchekoldin presented at the press conference, "A preliminary agreement on the establishment of the Russian-Chinese Automobile Association (ARCA) has been reached, and negotiations on the draft charter of the association are underway."
Podshchekoldin said: "I chaired the negotiations: various platforms in China's automotive industry are ready to join. i hope we can sign a memorandum on the establishment of the association within one month. It is hoped that the signing ceremony will take place in August."
Podshchekoldin said the Chinese members of the association include representatives of Chinese dealers and manufacturers of cars and parts. The purpose of its creation is to exchange information and discuss legal issues in the Russian car market.
