Forum on Metalworking and Additive Technologies “TEMP” to be held in Kazan

From 1 to 3 October 2025, the “TEMP” forum on metalworking and additive technologies will take place at the IEC “Kazan Expo”. The event will bring together around 80 companies from various regions of Russia, as well as representatives from the Republic of Belarus and the People’s Republic of China.

The forum’s exposition will showcase the most advanced technological solutions and define the development trajectory for Russia’s machine‑building sector.

The business programme will cover key industry issues, including import substitution and production localisation, as well as government support measures. In total, 14 sessions will be held during the forum.

As part of the forum, panel sessions are planned on 3D modelling; additive technologies; robotics; human‑robot interaction in machine tool engineering.

A plenary session titled “The Future of Metalworking: Trends and Technologies 2025–2030” will also be held.

In addition, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Approaches and Practical Initiatives in Engineering Sciences” will take place, featuring speeches by experts from China.

Forum participants will have the opportunity to attend public presentations by three major customers, who will outline supply conditions, procurement procedures, supplier requirements and development plans. Every attendee will be able to hold direct B2B negotiations with representatives of the following companies during Supplier Day:

JSC “AVTOVAZ”;

FSUE “Kalinin Kazan Precision Engineering Plant”;

S.P. Gorbunov Kazan Aviation Plant — a branch of JSC “Tupolev”.

On the second day of the forum, an off‑site meeting of the Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation will be held on the topic “Robotics and AI in Congress and Exhibition Activities”.
