KAZAN WILL SIGN AGREEMENTS WITH THREE NEW CITIES - CHINESE HEFEI, IRKUTSK, AND YALTA.

Kazan will sign agreements with three new cities - Chinese Hefei, Irkutsk, and Yalta - at the big forum of city diplomacy, which will be held within the framework of the Russian-Chinese forum "ROSTKI". This was told at a press conference by the vice-mayor of the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan Evgenia Lodvigova.

"Within the framework of the Russian-Chinese forum "ROSTKI" we will do a big forum of city diplomacy. More than 120 people have confirmed their participation - at the level of mayors, vice-mayors, heads of international relations departments. As for the delegations that will come to us, we have expanded them and have not limited ourselves to China. Cities from India, Nepal, Iran, Turkey, Morocco, South Africa will be present," Lodvigova emphasized.

The list of expected guests of the forum includes:

- Alexander Valentinovich Sokolov, Governor of Kirov region
