In September, Chinese-Russian trade turnover increased by 10.7%

For September, Chinese-Russian trade turnover, compared to August, increased by 10.7% to $19.82 billion. Exports from China increased by 3.7% and amounted to $8.87 billion, and Russian imports increased by 17.1% to $10.95 billion.

On August 18-19, Kazan hosted the 3rd International forum "SPROUTS: Russia and China have mutually beneficial cooperation."

Russia mainly supplies oil, natural gas and coal, as well as copper and copper ore, timber, fuel and seafood. China exports a wide range of products from cars, tractors, computers, smartphones, industrial equipment to children's toys, clothing and shoes.

The volume of bilateral trade increased by 26.3% to \$240.11 billion in 2023. In 2024, it reached a record high of \$244 billion.
