Today, the Grand Ceremony of the Inauguration of Rustam Minnikhanov as the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan was held at the Grand Concert Hall named after Salikh Saydashev in Kazan. The ceremony was attended by Zhang Hanhui, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Russia, and Xiang Bo, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Kazan, highlighting the high level of relations between Tatarstan and China.
